NIGHTLY

Sunday - Thursday*

April 1 - Dec. 31    $150.00 nightly (1 or 2 guests) $25 each for more than two guests*

Jan.1 - March 31   $125.00 nightly (1 or 2 guests) $25 each for more than two  guests*

Friday - Saturday*

2 night minimum

April 1 - Dec.31: $200 nightly(1 0r 2 guests) $25 each  for more than two guests*

Jan. 1 - March 31 $150 nightly (1 or 2 guests) $25 per person for more than two guests*

Holiday Weekends with Mondays as a holiday

Sunday night will be billed at the Friday/Saturday night rate.

*New Years Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day,  Christmas Day, and the days on each side,  are billed at the weekend rate regardless of the day of the week on which they fall unless paying the weekly or monthly rate.

Bristol Race Weedends

2012 Race Dates are: March 18 and August 25

March 20, 2011 - Food City 500   $1250 for three nights -  max. 4 adults

August 27, 2011 - Sharpie 500      $1250 for three nights -  max. 4 adults

WEEKLY

Guests must stay or pay for 7 nights to get the weekly rate.

Rental is normally Friday to Friday

April 1 - Dec.31           $900.00 (1 or 2 guests)  $100 for additional guests*

Jan. 1 -  March 31       $500.00  (1 or 2 guests)  $100 for additional guests*  

Bristol Race Weeks     $1500.00  max. 4 adults   (Monday to Monday rental)
