GENERAL

        For late arrivals, arrangements will be made.

Pets are not allowed in the cottage. There are several nice kennels in the area, and we will be glad to make arrangements if needed.

Smoking is not permitted in the cottage. 

Guests will be charged at replacement cost for missing items or damage beyond normal wear and tear.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Visa, MasterCharge, Cash , Check

50% of the total rate is charged to a credit card

at the time the reservation is made.

The remaining balance will be billed during your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Full refund of deposit is made if cancellation occurs 7 days before arrival and the cottage is able to be re-rented.  If cottage is not re-rented, 50% of deposit will be returned.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrivals:

•  If cottage is re-rented, deposit less 10% will be returned.
•  If cottage is not re-rented, no part of the deposit will be returned.

The owners realize unforeseen emergencies occur and will deal with return of deposits on an individual basis.

The owners will make every effort to re-rent the cottage.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

We hope you enjoy the local art we have in the cottage and that it adds to your stay.  Please be careful around the paintings, and we ask that you do not remove them from the walls.  If you want to know more about the artists or the paintings, please ask us.  We are more than happy to answer your questions. We think our local artists and artisans are among the finest in the country, and we hope that you will enjoy their work as much as we do.
